Holiday Returns Policy
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31st for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions.
Items shipped between November 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 may be returned until January 31, 2007 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gali Girls Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Items that are Not Returnable
Gali Girls Inc. does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that were damaged as a result of mishandling or play.
- Items purchased through a third party seller.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Partial refund calculation:
- Any unopened doll or doll accessory in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders returned 30 days after date of delivery will receive only a partial refund.
